Send Fax directly from your desktop using your favorite program! The SmartFax™ Printer driver is a simple software which can be easily installed on your computer allowing you to send fax as easily as printing a document. When you are ready to fax a document just go to print and select SmartFax™ Printer Driver in the printer options and you're good to go..

Note: Fax Printer Driver is compatible with Windows 2000 and Windows XP only.

• Download the SmartFax™ Printer driver.
• Install the software on your computer.

Procedure in Configuring the SmartFax™ Printer Driver

• Entering your user name (SmartFax™ 6-digit ID number)
• Enter and confirm your password
• Enter your email address..

Procedure in Sending Fax using the SmartFax™ Printer Driver

• Print the document using your preferred software.
• Choose SmartFax™ Printer from the printer options.
• Enter the fax number you wish to send to and click SEND.
• Confirm that the job has been done.

Installing the SmartFax™ Printer Driver

Step 1:

GET THE SmartFax™ PRINTER DRIVER

Once the download is complete, double-click on the file icon to start the installation process.

Step 2:

Read the License Agreement, Click the "I accept the terms of the license agreement" and click NEXT to continue.

Step 3:

Enter the required information and click NEXT to continue with installation.

Step 4:

Click INSTALL to begin the installation.

Configuring the SmartFax™ Driver

Step 5:

Fill up the setupPrinter prompt box with the appropriate information.

1. Enter your 6-digit user ID number
2. Enter our numerical password
3. Confirm your numerical password
4. Enter your email address. A confirmation email will be sent to this address.

Click OK to continue

Step 6:

Click Finish

Sending Fax with the SmartFax™ Printer Driver

Step 7:

To send a fax document, simply open your document file using your preferred Software. Use the Print command and go to the PRINTER OPTIONS.

Choose the SmartFax™ Printer from your printer options and click OK.

Step 8:

Enter the fax number you wish to send to and click SEND (Format: 1 + 10-digit Fax Number)

Step 9:

You will be notified that the Fax transmission has been sent.

Click OK and you're done.

Update with SmartFax™ Printer Driver Version 7

We have an updated version that creates a desktop shortcut where you can edit the login details. Now you can edit your login details without having to call us. If the desktop shortcut is erased, just create a new shortcut of the executable file found at C:\Program Files\SmartFax™.

Note: Updating to SmartFax™ Printer Driver Version 7 will automatically remove your old SmartFax™ Printer Driver.
